In a moment of awakening, the name “Sekhem” revealed itself to Patrick, a word he had never encountered before. Encouraged by supportive friends, he began to transmit the first Sekhem Initiations. His initial transmissions took place at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts. Later, he had the honor of teaching his first students at Heartwood Wholistic Health Institute. It was here that Sekhem began to flourish on an international scale.

In the absence of an official Sekhem Organization, individuals across the globe have embraced their own interpretations of Sekhem. This ancient Egyptian term, meaning “Power of Powers,” can be expressed in various forms, including Seichim Seichem and Egyptian Reiki. Patrick chose the spelling SKHM to harmonize these variations while honoring tradition. Each practitioner contributes a distinct perspective, fostering a vibrant community focused on healing and empowerment.
